Process & Timeline
How long does a project take?
A typical corporate video takes 2–4 weeks from brief to final delivery. More complex productions may take 6–8 weeks. We always confirm timelines upfront before any work begins.
What does the production process look like?
Every project follows three phases: Discovery (strategy and brief), Production (filming and direction), and Delivery (editing, color grading, and final cut). You’ll receive regular updates and reviews throughout.
How many revisions are included?
We include two rounds of revisions in every project. Additional revisions are available at an hourly rate. In our experience, most projects are completed within two rounds when the brief is thorough.
How will I receive my final video files?
We deliver final files via a secure download link in all required formats — broadcast-ready, social media optimized, and web-compressed versions are all included in your delivery package.

What does video production cost?
Every project is custom-quoted based on scope, length, location, number of shoot days, and deliverables. We work across a wide range of budgets. Contact us for a free estimate specific to your project.
Do you offer retainer packages?
Yes — we offer monthly video retainer packages for brands that need consistent content. Retainers include dedicated shoot days, priority scheduling, and discounted rates. Great for healthcare, B2B, and home services clients.
Is there a minimum project size?
We don’t have a set minimum, but our projects typically start at a scope that justifies professional production. Reach out and we’ll be honest about whether our services are the right fit for your budget.
Travel & Location
Do you travel outside New England?
Absolutely. While based in New Hampshire, we regularly travel across the US and have filmed internationally. Travel costs are factored into your project quote upfront — no surprises.
Which states and cities do you serve?
We’re based in New Hampshire and primarily serve NH, Massachusetts, and Maine — including Boston, Manchester, Portsmouth, Concord, and Portland. We’re also available nationwide for the right project.
Do you scout locations in advance?
Yes. For most projects we conduct a location scout (in person or virtually) prior to the shoot day to confirm lighting, sound conditions, logistics, and creative opportunities.
Creative & Script
Can you help with scripting and concept development?
Yes — scripting and concept development are core parts of our service. We collaborate with you to build the narrative before any filming begins. A strong brief produces a stronger video.
What if I already have a script or concept?
No problem at all. We work with clients across the spectrum — from those with detailed briefs to those starting from scratch. If you have a script, we’ll review it, offer creative feedback, and build the production plan around it.
Do you do motion graphics or animation?
We can incorporate motion graphics, lower thirds, title cards, and light animation into your video during post-production. For full explainer or animation-heavy projects, we partner with trusted motion designers.
Deliverables
What formats will I receive my video in?
Standard delivery includes a 1080p or 4K master file, plus compressed versions optimized for web, social media (16:9, 9:16, 1:1), and broadcast as needed. All formats are included at no extra cost.
Do you retain the raw footage after delivery?
We retain raw footage for 90 days after project delivery. If you need the raw footage delivered or archived beyond that, we can accommodate — just let us know before the project starts.
Can I use my video on TV, social media, and the web?
Yes. Unless otherwise specified, your video is licensed for unlimited use across all media — TV broadcast, social media, website, trade shows, and internal presentations.
